The late and great cymbalsmith, Johan made some exceptional cymbals.

This is from a sabian alloy and was minimally modified by me.

I tidied the shape up and took a little more bronze off the edge to open up the crash sound.

Johan’s cymbals are rare and are getting even more so.

This is the perfect all round jazz ride with nice stick definition, good crash response and decent projection.

Johan’s signature remains under the bell.
