The extra weight on this one keeps the stick on top of the wash and makes it fairly dry and very controllable. It crashes easily and has a nice dynamic response. The overall character is what I’d call semi dark, semi dry and complex and there’s a nice complex roar that opens up when it’s crashed. It plays and feels lighter than it’s medium weight.
